Responsibilities
- Conduct estate inspections for identifying building defects
- Supervise maintenance and improvement works
- Handle inquiries from residents and tenants
- Monitor contractors' performance
- Manage arrear cases effectively
- Collaborate with Grassroot Leaders on maintenance issues
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
