- Master's degree in Civil Engineering
- Licensed Philippine Civil Engineer
- 10+ years experience in water or maritime engineering
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Experience with international funding institutions
Responsibilities
- Identify project needs and draft proposals
- Manage internal project controls
- Ensure compliance with project administration processes
- Oversee delivery of studies and designs
- Liaise with clients and authorities
- Take responsibility for project deliverables
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals
