- Experience with PM@Siemens and SAFe frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Lead the rollout of development toolchains and platforms.
- Collaborate with Product Managers on adoption strategies.
- Design workflows and deployment models.
- Define rollout strategies including pilot programs.
- Ensure compliance with IT security and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless adoption.
- Measure and improve rollout success using KPIs.
