Core Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 15+ years of experience in C&I solar projects
- Strong understanding of DISCOM processes
- Experience in managing multi-site project delivery
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of solar projects
- Manage rooftop and ground-mount installations
- Ensure timely acquisition of all statutory permits
- Monitor project progress with respect to key milestones
- Conduct daily review meetings with site teams
- Inspect and verify delivery of project materials
- Ensure strict adherence to HSE norms and safety protocols
