- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- 15+ years of experience in construction.
- Successfully delivered a data center construction project.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to be based in Johor/Selangor.
Responsibilities
- Provide project leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
- Manage the subcontracting process and evaluate bids.
- Support key project decisions and procurement strategies.
