- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture Engineering
- 6+ years of Project Management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of low-rise/middle-rise building operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Visit and analyze properties for technical quality
- Calculate capital expenditure budgets during acquisitions
- Liaise with cross-functional teams for onboarding
- Prepare detailed condition reports for new properties
- Supervise utility installations for new properties
- Manage ad-hoc operations to resolve building issues
- Ensure project deadlines are consistently met
