Responsibilities

  • Provide overall program governance for PMU activities.
  • Monitor adherence to project scope, milestones, and SLAs.
  • Establish project governance structures.
  • Review key deliverables, progress reports, and invoices.
  • Identify risks and facilitate resolution of issues.
  • Support leadership with decision-making documents.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable standards.
