Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering
- 10 years of relevant experience in hydropower projects
- Experience in construction supervision or inspection
- Knowledge of shaft excavation methods
- Strong ability to inspect against approved drawings
Responsibilities
- Implement project-specific HSE plans for shaft works
- Inspect shaft excavation and installation work
- Ensure compliance with specifications and standards
- Monitor contractor activities on-site
- Conduct risk assessments on shaft-related hazards
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports and documentation
- Coordinate with HSE officers and project teams
