Responsibilities
- Prepare and review Bills of Quantities.
- Conduct quantity take-offs for all waterproofing materials.
- Develop and monitor project budgets and schedules.
- Oversee site execution and coordinate material deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Lead site teams and manage subcontractors.
- Serve as primary technical contact for stakeholders.
