Core Requirements
- Degree or MBA in Business Management, Law, Engineering, or related field.
- 15+ years of contract management experience.
- Experience in EPCI and subcontract management.
- Broad knowledge of sales and lease contracts.
- Strong understanding of contract law and negotiation.
Responsibilities
- Manage Main Contracts and expedite deliverables.
- Support development of contracting strategies.
- Monitor compliance with contractual requirements.
- Ensure commercial awareness across the project team.
- Maintain auditability of commercial dealings.
- Participate in Risk and Opportunities management.
- Provide Contract Feedback throughout the project.
