Core Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's in Gender Studies or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Master's or 3 years with Bachelor's
- Experience in development work and gender equality
- Proficient in conducting gender assessments
- Ability to analyze disaggregated data for program recommendations
Responsibilities
- Lead GPI integration within field office programmes
- Develop and implement projects aligning with WFP policies
- Conduct GPI-related assessments and analyze program data
- Design and deliver training on protection and gender issues
- Support field teams in developing gender-transformative approaches
- Implement accountability mechanisms for affected populations
- Represent WFP in GPI-related coordination platforms
