Core Requirements

  • Master's or Bachelor's in Gender Studies or related field

  • Proficient in conducting gender assessments
  • Ability to analyze disaggregated data for program recommendations

Responsibilities

  • Lead GPI integration within field office programmes
  • Develop and implement projects aligning with WFP policies
  • Conduct GPI-related assessments and analyze program data
  • Design and deliver training on protection and gender issues
  • Support field teams in developing gender-transformative approaches
  • Implement accountability mechanisms for affected populations
  • Represent WFP in GPI-related coordination platforms
