Core Requirements
- Bachelor/Master's degree in Engineering
- Extensive experience in greenfield projects
- In-depth expertise in Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Ability to work with ambiguity and direct others
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles
Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver the West Java greenfield project
- Guide engineering and operational start-up teams
- Interface with internal and external stakeholders
- Organize and lead regular steering team meetings
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational KPIs
- Report and track progress of the project execution
- Drive continuous improvement across the value chain
