Core Requirements
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management preferred.
- Experience with LEAN and 6S principles.
- Strong computer application skills in MRP and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily assembly operations to ensure safety and quality.
- Conduct stand-up meetings to discuss safety and production status.
- Collaborate with 2nd shift supervisor for smooth operations.
- Manage assembly capacity and cycle times for delivery.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
- Train production associates and coordinate support.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
