Core Requirements
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Food Science, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in Planning or Operations Management
- Good understanding of Systems including SAP
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Prior leadership experience
Responsibilities
- Manage operational KPIs for product replenishment
- Perform product transformation and system transfer
- Track flow of goods between warehouses
- Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment
- Lead a small team in planning and inventory management
- Ensure process compliance and improvement
- Coordinate with production leads on operational matters
