Responsibilities
- Participate in new factory set-up planning and execution.
- Manage day-to-day production operations after factory start-up.
- Develop short-term and long-term production plans.
- Ensure quality and compliance with manufacturing standards.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the factory.
- Build and develop the production team.
- Prepare and present production performance reports.
