Responsibilities

Plan and execute production scheduling and routing
Interpret fabrication drawings and coordinate with teams
Manage shop-floor manpower and assign targets
Monitor fabrication and welding activities for quality
Drive cost control and productivity improvement
Ensure compliance with safety standards
Perform daily reporting on production metrics
