Core Requirements

3-5 years of production engineering experience

Hands-on experience in production processes
Relevant certifications as a Production Engineer

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards
Establish safety and quality procedures
Oversee fabrication compliance with company standards
Manage structural and outfitting activities in workshops
Delegate tasks to team members effectively
Monitor fabrication processes and coordinate with teams
Report progress to the department manager
