Core Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering
- 3-5 years of production engineering experience
- Strong communication skills in Indonesian and English
- Hands-on experience in production processes
- Relevant certifications as a Production Engineer
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards
- Establish safety and quality procedures
- Oversee fabrication compliance with company standards
- Manage structural and outfitting activities in workshops
- Delegate tasks to team members effectively
- Monitor fabrication processes and coordinate with teams
- Report progress to the department manager
