- Provide tier 2 end-user support
- Fulfill end-user technical requests
- Maintain compliance with procedures
- Conduct system/process checks and QC tasks
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Collect and report activity measurements
- Implement improvements to systems and processes
