Core Requirements
- 3+ years in Product Support or Production Support roles.
- Strong experience with Elastic and Kibana.
- Hands-on knowledge of GCP.
- Experience with Metabase for queries and dashboards.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own production support and resolve live system issues.
- Create and manage alerts & monitoring dashboards using Elastic/Kibana.
- Analyze logs and metrics to identify root causes and implement fixes.
- Work hands-on with GCP for monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Document Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and preventive actions.
- Track issues via Jira and ensure SLA adherence.
- Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and Product teams.
