Core Requirements

  • 3+ years in Product Support or Production Support roles.
  • Strong experience with Elastic and Kibana.
  • Hands-on knowledge of GCP.
  • Experience with Metabase for queries and dashboards.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own production support and resolve live system issues.
  • Create and manage alerts & monitoring dashboards using Elastic/Kibana.
  • Analyze logs and metrics to identify root causes and implement fixes.
  • Work hands-on with GCP for monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Document Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and preventive actions.
  • Track issues via Jira and ensure SLA adherence.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and Product teams.
