  • 3 to 10 years of experience in product support

  • Experience with ATE testers and semiconductor equipment

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer requests and product escalations
  • Provide support for new installations and NPI
  • Coordinate PUP and PIP activities at international sites
  • Create training documents and procedures for field teams
  • Analyze data and generate monthly reports
  • Assist in resolving complex customer issues on-site
  • Conduct product support assignments as required
