- 8+ years of experience in compliance programs
- Knowledge of SOC, HIPAA, SOX, ISO standards
- Experience with GRC software and Cloud platforms
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Technical background in IT concepts
Responsibilities
- Drive compliance programs from inception to completion.
- Partner with teams to develop policies and documentation.
- Lead internal audits for compliance validation.
- Manage compliance-related communication with external auditors.
- Identify and close compliance gaps.
- Participate in high-impact program meetings.
- Promote cloud security best practices.
