- Minimum 7 years management experience in Ecommerce.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
- Experience in Retail Business.
- Basic knowledge of Digital Performance Marketing.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Formulate strategies to drive sales in Big C Online.
- Lead Trade Marketing campaigns for online platforms.
- Manage P&L of the online platform.
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing and other teams.
- Analyze sales/customer-related metrics.
- Supervise and motivate team members.
- Oversee the development of retail and eCommerce strategies.
