- Experience with enterprise scheduling tools like Primavera
- Proven record in service delivery and operational excellence
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with implementation teams during Oracle SaaS migration
- Assume service ownership post-implementation for Primavera
- Define operational frameworks for managed services
- Monitor service levels and ensure adherence to SLAs
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for service efficiency
- Define and champion AI product roadmap and vision
- Engage with stakeholders for feedback and product optimization
