Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with implementation teams during Oracle SaaS migration
  • Assume service ownership post-implementation for Primavera
  • Define operational frameworks for managed services
  • Monitor service levels and ensure adherence to SLAs
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives for service efficiency
  • Define and champion AI product roadmap and vision
  • Engage with stakeholders for feedback and product optimization
