- 5-10 years of experience in Product Management
- Strong understanding of P2P lending models
- Proven experience in regulated environments
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Mandarin proficiency (minimum HSK Level 3)
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for P2P lending products
- Translate business goals and user needs into product roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, risk, and marketing teams
- Design and enhance core lending flows
- Ensure product compliance with fintech regulations
- Analyze product performance and user behavior
- Monitor market trends and competitor products
