- Experience in lead generation
- Understanding of the automotive ecosystem
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in Nepali and English
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads for potential PTOs
- Design outreach campaigns
- Manage PTO pipeline and records
- Build relationships with automotive stakeholders
- Coordinate training sessions for PTOs
- Monitor project activities
- Track repayment behavior and risks
