- Communicate effectively with suppliers in Chinese.
- Troubleshoot issues in supplier setup and management.
- Track and report on metrics and SLAs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for business needs.
- Ensure compliance with GSMS policies and controls.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
