- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in document management
- Knowledge of procurement and contract management
- Experience in compliance with procurement best practices
- Good computer literacy
Responsibilities
- Support project team in cost plan estimates
- Formulate procurement and contract implementation strategies
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring
- Manage vendor sourcing and negotiations
- Process payment claims and variations
- Maintain procurement and contract management documents
- Attend to contractual correspondences
