Responsibilities
- Prepare purchase orders based on site requisitions
- Follow up with suppliers and track deliveries
- Maintain procurement documents and records
- Collect vendor quotations and assist in price comparison
- Coordinate with accounts for invoice reconciliation
- Communicate with suppliers for routine updates
- Assist in procurement planning and strategy
