Responsibilities
- Support establishing Statement of Work and SLAs.
- Participate in migration and process mapping.
- Monitor Knowledge Transfer progress.
- Lead change management programs.
- Perform data and process analysis.
- Resolve issues and conduct Root Cause Analysis.
- Develop service recovery plans for clients.
