Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain process documentation and SOPs.
  • Identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collect and analyze operational data.
  • Prepare periodic performance reports and dashboards.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams for process improvement.
  • Manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
