- 1+ years of process improvement experience.
- Strong analytical and systems thinking skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute quality improvement projects.
- Drive stakeholder engagement across departments.
- Use data-driven methods to identify process gaps.
- Implement sustainable solutions for operational excellence.
- Monitor KPIs and document lessons learned.
- Develop process guides and support documentation.
- Collaborate on innovative healthcare initiatives.
