- Experience with PFMEA and Lean/Six Sigma.
- Proficiency with CAD/CAE tools.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production process standards.
- Apply DfX principles for manufacturing efficiency.
- Lead PFMEA and Control Plans.
- Support handover from R&D to manufacturing.
- Identify process improvements using data insights.
- Explore new technologies and automation for production.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement.
