Core Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
Experience in semiconductor process engineering
Hands-on exposure to ALD and Furnace processes
Strong data analysis skills
Excellent communication skills in English

Responsibilities

Develop Batch ALD and Furnace process applications.
Support equipment performance in a cleanroom environment.
Perform process troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
Optimize process recipes for film performance.
Establish SPC and control plans for process monitoring.
Maintain process recipe libraries and documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones.
