- Basic knowledge in die bonding and wire bonding processes
- Understanding of semiconductor packages like QFN
- Knowledge of DOE methods
- Interest in yield improvement and reliability testing
Responsibilities
- Support optimization of die bond and wire bond processes
- Assist in troubleshooting process issues
- Participate in new product introduction and process qualification
- Establish process parameters and work instructions
- Analyze process data using statistical tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
