- Familiarity with production processes
Responsibilities
- Ensure the entire process runs smoothly
- Collect and analyze production data
- Propose and implement solutions for production issues
- Supervise employees in process implementation
- Manage optical fiber molds effectively
- Control spare molds and ensure production status
- Continuously improve existing processes
