Responsibilities

  • Identify and log problems in the organization.
  • Drive root cause analysis using various techniques.
  • Analyze data to prevent potential failures.
  • Participate in major incident management processes.
  • Collaborate with Change Control team on RFCs.
  • Oversee RCA for failed Service Levels.
  • Maintain the Known Error Database.
