Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce or related field.
- Min 12 - 15 years of experience in sales or retail management.
- Strong understanding of retail operations in Indonesia.
- Experience managing retail commerce for large brands.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Responsibilities
- Drive cross-functional engagement with stakeholders.
- Develop Nike Stores growth strategies in Indonesia.
- Implement seasonal and long-term account plans.
- Lead in-season execution at retail stores.
- Engage with local retail partners to review performance.
- Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Administer internal sales processes and documentation.
