- Master’s in Business/Finance/Marketing/Data/Engineering
- 6–10 years in credit cards portfolio management roles
- Deep understanding of interchange economics and limit management
- Strong experience with campaign analytics and BI dashboards
- Ability to navigate regulatory frameworks
Responsibilities
- Increase portfolio spends and utilization across customer segments.
- Optimize high-interchange MCCs to maximize net interchange yield.
- Build and manage a profitable revolve book.
- Drive limit management using behavioral and risk triggers.
- Establish audience governance for campaigns.
- Manage network offers to drive targeted MCC utilization.
- Implement ROI dashboards for campaign-level analysis.
