Responsibilities
- Welcome guests courteously upon arrival.
- Escort guests to their rooms and assist with luggage.
- Retrieve luggage upon check-out and record items accurately.
- Deliver messages and packages promptly.
- Assist with guest inquiries and requests.
- Maintain cleanliness of luggage storeroom.
- Support Front Office team with guest coordination.
