Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental or Chemical Engineering
- Accredited/Certified PCO as per DENR requirements
- 3+ years of experience in environmental compliance
- Strong knowledge of ECC conditions
- Ability to supervise contractor performance
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory environmental laws
- Supervise activities of Contractor’s Pollution Control Officer
- Oversee environmental monitoring activities
- Identify environmental risks and non-compliance issues
- Act as primary liaison with regulatory agencies
- Manage waste and pollution control measures
- Support audits and maintain environmental compliance records
