Core Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business Management or related field
- At least 2 years of account management experience
- Knowledge of the e-commerce industry
- Experience with Mirakl system is a plus
- Strong negotiation skills
Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new sellers to the platform
- Conduct market research for assortment expansion
- Lead vendor onboarding process
- Monitor vendor performance and suggest improvements
- Collaborate with vendors to optimize product listings
- Plan promotional activities with the marketing team
- Negotiate pricing and commercial agreements
