- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of the filling plant
- Ensure smooth operation of the plant
- Coordinate with vendors for machine parts and repairs
- Order necessary parts for machines
- Diagnose mechanical problems and propose solutions
- Maintain records of machines and parts
- Work independently with minimal supervision
