Responsibilities
- Drive the production team to meet customer delivery dates.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure delivery commitments.
- Review open backlog and forecast capacity.
- Lead recovery planning in case of delivery issues.
- Advise customers on shipment plans.
- Monitor inventory movement and build buffer stock.
- Support company initiatives for compliance.
