- Translate case information from local language to English.
- Perform data entry into the client platform.
- Conduct translation with accuracy.
- Prepare Japan HA E2B reports for reportable cases.
- Monitor submission review workflow.
- Perform internal quality control on case processing.
- Adapt to new processes and work shift as needed.
