Core Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience supporting C-level executives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

  • Handle schedules for the Board of Directors.
  • Coordinate executive communications and respond to inquiries.
  • Perform front desk duties and welcome guests.
  • Resolve meeting conflicts efficiently.
  • Organize company events and meetings.
  • Manage travel arrangements for executives.
  • Handle expense reports and reimbursements.
