- Lead the performance team for agency clients
- Guide the strategy and mentor team members
- Oversee campaigns across various channels
- Level up reporting and analysis for client insights
- Design and deliver training sessions for the team
- Evaluate and recommend marketing tools and technologies
- Review acquisition strategies and client proposals
