Responsibilities
- Assist in setting KPIs for warehouses
- Conduct data analysis for target setting
- Communicate performance expectations to warehouse leads
- Monitor warehouse performance against KPIs
- Identify and analyze under-performing warehouses
- Support warehouse teams with improvement plans
- Prepare reports on performance trends
