Core Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- HR certification preferred.
- Proven HR experience in a startup environment.
- Strong background in recruitment and performance management.
- Fluency in English and Chinese.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage HR initiatives across multiple APAC markets.
- Provide strategic HR support to regional leaders.
- Oversee end-to-end HR functions including recruitment and onboarding.
- Ensure HR compliance with local labor laws.
- Manage payroll processing activities.
- Build talent pipelines for multi-country hiring.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
