Core Requirements

3 years of multi-country payroll experience
Knowledge of payroll processes and systems
GCE Advanced Level or equivalent in Business, Finance or Administration
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage change and re-engineer processes

Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day payroll processing activities
Ensure accurate and timely payroll data processing
Resolve payroll discrepancies and inquiries
Conduct payroll audits with internal and external agencies
