Responsibilities
- Process payroll accurately and on schedule
- Calculate wages, overtime, and deductions
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and labor regulations
- Maintain accurate payroll records in HRIS
- Reconcile payroll transactions and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare payroll reports for management review
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll
